Event ad text is limited to a maximum length of 95 characters (with spaces) and
target URL must be active at the time of the event ad submission.
Ad submission must include the name of the individual submitting the ad,
the billing contact person, company billing address, phone and fax numbers, and contact
e-mail address for direct invoicing purposes.
