Summary

The Manager of Field Reporting will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The selected candidate will have a passion for building business intelligence assets that directly support the growth of our growing portfolio of products.

You will have heavy focus on improving corporate reporting frameworks and data visualization. Ensuring consistent and accurate daily ETL execution across all dashboards and reports will be key.

You will also support the analytics team across key projects, including data science focused projects that are centered around artificial intelligence and machine learning engines.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Lead as the primary point of contact in Commercial Sales Ops team for franchise and leadership teams to identify and prioritize the actions to be included in business intelligence (BI) reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Assist in developing and planning strategic and/or tactical action plans as per strategic business priorities or any upstream Ops changes.
  • Create and manage vendor and data management roadmaps to ensure that business deliverables are met on time.
  • Help analyze business requirements, internal and external data sources, and develop the design and operation of a reporting system(s): KPIs, dashboard, report, etc. to help track and assess the performance of the brands and franchises.
  • Responsible for consultation / training as necessary to franchise teams to support roll-out of new Power BI capabilities, address questions, etc.
  • Help improve relevance, adherence (utilization), and efficiency and effectiveness of BI reporting for end-users.
  • Partner with broader commercial teams, information mgmt., Incentive Compensation, finance, and IT, to enable accurate and consistent reporting and analytics, and to address any data and system related anomalies, observations, etc.
  • Responsible for developing ad hoc reporting solutions per leadership needs – that includes defining, developing, and roll-out of metrics, reports, etc. (may also support Ops as necessary).
  • Ensure inbound data delivery quality and timeliness, help monitor commercial reporting Ops as a business stakeholder, and proactively inform end-users of statuses, as necessary, on delivery of insights.
  • Track and triage data anomalies, observations, and issues in commercial reporting via partnering with internal stakeholders and/or external support and data vendors.
  • Help answer business queries via directly, interacting with data sources and reports for analysis using Snowflake (SQL), Power BI, CRM (Salesforce), Sigma, and/or Excel, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position.
  • Excellent proficiency in SQL required.
  • Advanced working knowledge of data mining using ETL, data warehouse as well as Excel.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Science, Computer Science, or Data Science preferred
  • MBA Preferred
