Commercial Learning Operations & Technology Analyst

Description

In addition to one marketed product, we are advancing a strong product pipeline of novel therapies for solid tumors and blood-related cancers designed to address significant unmet medical needs and improve treatment outcomes for patients.

Summary

Seattle Genetics is looking for a detail oriented self-starter to support the systems utilized by the Commercial team. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask successfully while working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides file share administration and support (e.g. SharePoint, Egnyte):
    • Participates in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new initiatives (Upgrades, Third-Party Solutions and integration with Enterprise Systems).
    • Identifies new areas and business processes where file share tools can be leveraged and facilitates continual process improvement.
    • Develops, configures and maintains Commercial sites, pages, document libraries and lists, including access control and issue resolution.
    • Standardizes and optimizes the way data is stored and retrieved.
    • Performs user training with tips, tricks and best practices.
  • Act as the primary Commercial contact for LMS administration and support accountable for:
    • Course metadata management to ensure data integrity for reporting and KPI’s.
    • Course and assignment management for all Commercial staff.
    • Support requests from Commercial business partners to create and maintain curricula.
    • Runs reports and performs analysis based on program learning objectives and established overarching value drivers.
  • Creates and maintains user information in the Learning Management System, ECMS (SharePoint-based), Egnyte, CRM, and BI tool.
  • Supports Field communication efforts:
    • Administers and maintains central calendar for internal communications to field Sales teams.
    • Collaborates with Commercial functions to prioritize, clarify and consolidate messages to the field.
  • Collaborates on User Experience Design projects.
  • Produces workflow diagrams to show current state processes for tasks performed by Commercial staff.
  • Works across functional teams to understand business and system use cases.
  • Collaborates with IT partners to understand the technical possibilities and constraints.
  • Collects and provides feedback of new and existing features by participating in usability testing and collection of analytics data.
  • Builds successful partnerships within and outside the team.
  • Provides CRM/Business Intelligence Tool Back-up Support as necessary for Sales Operations reporting and analysis.
  • Supports Commercial Technology Strategy.
  • Maintains accurate list of all Commercial Systems (including enterprise systems utilized by Commercial staff), including key vendor contacts by system.
  • Maintains current Role-based SOP’s focused on business processes that involve Commercial systems (Administrator, Manager, End User).
  • Maintain roadmap with calendar of all enhancements/upgrades planned for Commercial Systems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned in support of the Commercial department.
  • Supports the Seattle Genetics’ mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy.
  • Adheres to the Seattle Genetics Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a training/learning function.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or related industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to customer satisfaction. Must be able to communicate to different audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to drive cross team collaboration to surface best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Must be “hands-on” and ready to roll up their sleeves to deliver immediate results.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Attention to detail; strong prioritization, communication and organization skills; solid team player.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
